Time varies based on the type of repair, and whether parts need to be ordered.

Many fixes can be finished the same day, while others take 1–3 business days. If parts are required, the timeline depends on shipping and availability. We’ll give you an estimate before initiating the repair process.

Every job starts with a $50 diagnostic, which helps us figure out exactly what’s wrong with your device. If you decide to have the repair done, that amount is credited toward your final cost.

Most repairs start at $70 per hour, but we’ll always explain pricing up front before any work begins.
